RAA Welcomes Erin Gallalee as Membership, Operations, and Events Director

Washington, DC — The Regional Airline Association (RAA) is pleased to announce Erin Gallalee as the new Membership, Operations, and Events Director. Erin brings extensive experience in event planning, member relations, and membership development and recruitment to the organization. In her role with RAA, Erin will lead membership services and event planning while managing RAA’s administrative operations, ensuring RAA continues to deliver outstanding programs and benefits to its members.

Erin’s professional background includes significant roles in organizing high-profile events and enhancing member engagement. Her proven track record of success in these areas will be instrumental in advancing RAA’s mission.

Before joining RAA, Erin was the Director of Membership, Operations, and Community Relations at the Society for Technical Communication. In that role, she specialized in membership development and recruitment, professional development, chapter relations, financial and database integrity, and management.

“Erin’s vast experience in an array of member-facing initiatives will bring great value to our organization and elevate our events and programs,” said Faye Malarkey Black, RAA CEO. “We are thrilled to have Erin join our team and I look forward to seeing what great things she will accomplish for the Association and its members.”

Gallalee is a non-profit professional with over twenty years of experience in membership, education and events having worked for the American Alliance of Museums and the American Trucking Association.

Erin is an active member of the American Alliance of Museums, American Society of Association Executives, and NiUG International. A DC area native, Erin resides in northern Virginia. She began her tenure with the RAA on July 1.
